Family demands changes to fishing restrictions following deaths in Harbour Round, N.L.

The community of Harbour Round, N.L. is mourning two fishermen who died at sea — while rallying around the survivor.

At the same time, family members are calling for changes in the fishery, so harvesters don’t feel pressured to fish in dangerous weather.
