Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says sea drones struck two Russian oil tankers near the Black Sea port of Novorossiysk, alleging they are part of Moscow’s “shadow fleet” used to evade sanctions.
He says the vessels can no longer transport oil as Kyiv ramps up attacks on Russia’s energy infrastructure.
