Potential M50 and Dublin Tunnel toll increases slammed as 'drivers already hammered'
The number of cars using Dublin’s Port Tunnel is increasing, with Transport Infrastructure Ireland saying higher rush-hour tolls are needed to discourage private motorists from using the tunnel.
