Novo Nordisk is suing Eli Lilly over alleged misleading advertising campaigns.
Novo Nordisk Group General Counsel and Senior Vice President John Kuckelman says the ads are "deceiving" customers.
Lilly said in a statement to Bloomberg that its ads are “truthful” and “transparent” and the company will defend “vigorously” against the Novo lawsuit.
