Heavy rains disrupt facilities at 3 MRT-3 stations

MANILA, Philippines — Elevators and escalators in three stations of the Metro Rail Transit – 3 (MRT-3) were temporarily unavailable on Tuesday afternoon due to heavy rainfall, the train line announced.

In an advisory issued around 2:22 p.m., the MRT-3 apologized for the inconvenience as the following facilities were not operational:  READ: Marcos vows partial
