Enbridge breaks ground on $4B natural gas pipeline expansion

Enbridge is beginning construction on the Sunrise Expansion Program, a $4 billion expansion of its West Coast Natural Gas pipeline running from near Chetywnd, B.C., to the Canada-U.S. border in the Fraser Valley.
