Secretary of State Marco Rubio told reporters that while the U.S. is open to negotiations with Iran, Tehran doesn't seem serious about a solution.
Meanwhile, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth testified Tuesday that the war has cost $37.5 billion so far.
