Will continue fast till talks begin with MPs: Sonam Wangchuk

In a handwritten note shared on Instagram from Safdarjung Hospital, Wangchuk lamented that peaceful protesters were being dealt with “brutality” and appealed to the government and police to facilitate dialogue.
