Where is the extra cash to enhance protection for those near Faslane?

REGARDING your story “Faslane set for £15 billion upgrade to make it ‘future-proofed for war fighting’” (Jul 15).

Spending billions on extending contracts in Lossiemouth and future-proofing Faslane is a far greater indication of how UK Governments view the status of Scotland in the voluntary Union than any other.
