A 21-year-old woman injured during a protest is now conscious and breathing independently.
Doctors at RML Hospital confirmed her steady improvement and normal MRI scans.
She was injured during police action at a Cockroach Janta Party protest on July 20.
Protesters marched towards Parliament demanding the Education Minister's resignation over an alleged exam leak.
Police used tear gas and lathi charge to disperse the crowd.
