WASHINGTON — Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. left Tuesday night’s 8-6 loss to the Washington Nationals with right hamstring tightness.

He was replaced in the bottom of the fourth inning by Kazuma Okamoto.
