From sparrows to crows, Jutta's connections with birds of all sorts brings her inspiration. "It's really stupid, but I love it!" she sayd.
Her daily conversations with crows inspired an award-winning painting, but above all else, Jutta says connecting with wild creatures gives her a sense of inner-peace.
Even after the sparrow she rescued 'grew up' and never came back, Jutta never grew out of her appreciation for having a feathered friend.
When she noticed the crows during her daily walks, she decided to stop at a bench and observe them. “If you’re patient, they’re friendly,” Jutta says. “I don’t want to push myself on them.
If they want to come, they’re welcome to come.” And whenever the birds would approach her, Jutta would say “hello” and start a conversation. “As long as they like me and come (to me), I’m happy.” Jutta smiles, before saying goodbye to the birds and continuing her walk.
