Fox to Buy Roku for $22 Billion

The Murdoch family’s Fox is buying Roku for $22 billion in cash and stock, or $160 a share, giving Roku shareholders an exit at the highest price at which the stock has traded since the 2020-2022 Covid-fueled surge.
