Armoured riot police charged demonstrators taking part in a banned march on parliament in India's capital New Delhi on Monday linked to growing anger over irregularities in major university examinations.
Saurav Das, a spokesperson for the satirical Cockroach Janta Party, said that two members of the movement were on their way to meet a senior minister in Prime Minister Narendra Modi's cabinet.
