Troops dismantle kidnappers’ roadblock, arrest two in Benue

By Kingsley Omonobi Troops of Operation Whirl Stroke (OPWS) have dismantled a kidnappers’ roadblock, neutralised one suspected bandit and arrested two suspected kidnappers in separate operations across Benue State.
