Isabela imposes liquor ban due to TD Luis
MANILA, Philippines — The provincial government of Isabela imposed a ban on the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages on Monday, Aug. 3, due to Tropical Depression Luis.
Now under Signal No. 1, the province announced the implementation of the ban in accordance with Ordinance No. 2020-13-1 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan.
