Cape Breton mayor's endorsement of local motorcycle club criticized by crime expert

Mayor Cecil Clarke says he didn't know the Celtic Crew Motorcycle Club was associated with the Hells Angels when he wrote a letter endorsing their community efforts in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
