NRPUP scoops Mbala Central parley seat

National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity candidate Raphael Chilufya has won the Mbala Central Parliament.

Mr Chilufya was declared winner after polling 8,323 votes beating his closest rival Annie Namonga of the United Party for National Development who polled 5,890 votes.

Mbala Central Constituency Returning Officer Paul Chipulu declared Mr Chilufya the winner.
