After he registered a complaint, the passenger https://ktla.com/news/california/tesla-driver-asleep-full-self-driving-uber-oc/" rel="" target="_self" title="https://ktla.com/news/california/tesla-driver-asleep-full-self-driving-uber-oc/">said Uber apologized for the experience but told him the ride did not qualify for a refund despite his safety concerns.
