Police Charge Chester, Felix, IDC and 14 Others with Possession of Offensive Weapons

Three entertainers, Moses Ng’andwe, popularly known as Chester More Power, Felix Phiri alias Felix Ndangeni Inshila and comedian Winston Ngosa, popularly known as IDC Light Comedy, are among 17 people charged with riotous behaviour and possession of offensive weapons in Mongu.
