Toronto police surrounding U.S. Consulate after officers found evidence of gunfire outside building

Police say they found evidence of a firearm discharge outside the U.S. Consulate early Monday morning, but did not confirm the building had been targeted.

The U.S. Consulate was previously shot at on March 10, leading to multiple arrests.
