Style Edit: Regent Hong Kong brings local cinema to life with harbourfront dining

Imagine if you could taste Hong Kong’s cinematic history.

That’s the idea behind Regent Hong Kong’s new culinary concept, A Cinematic Taste of Hong Kong.

Working with the Hong Kong Film Directors’ Guild, executive chef Calvin Choi and Lobby Lounge head chef Raymon Ip have devised a menu at the hotel’s Lobby Lounge that takes inspiration from scenes in local cinema.
