Crews in Colombia are racing to find survivors buried under rubble after a magnitude 7.4 earthquake, which has killed at least 250 people.
But it’s feared that number could be much higher, with civilian-run databases suggesting as many as 3,000 others are missing.
Opposition lawmakers say offers of foreign rescue personnel and aid have been declined or ignored by Abelardo de la Espriella’s new government.
