EU leaders seek emergency talks over Ceuta border crisis

More than 20 European Union leaders have called for an urgent meeting of interior ministers after about 50,000 people crossed from Morocco into the Spanish territory of Ceuta.
The crisis has also fuelled claims that Morocco, Israel and the United States sought to pressure Spain.
