The deployment comes after weeks of monitoring the pre-election environment in Osun.

The Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID) has deployed observers, fact-checkers and analysts across all 30 Local Government Areas of Osun State ahead of the governorship election scheduled for Saturday, 15 August 2026.
