China on Wednesday launched its first international route featuring the domestically developed C919 aircraft.
Air China flight CA723 took off from Beijing Capital International Airport for Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, at around 3 p.m., marking the C919's latest milestone.
The C919 made its maiden commercial flight on May 28, 2023.
