Zubiri eyes scrapping system loss charges before Christmas
MANILA, Philippines — Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri said Monday that the Senate would try to accomplish before Christmas President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s call to stop passing on system loss charges to consumers.
