SIU wins court order forcing repayment of unlawful R4 million Lottery grant

Mashudu and Pretty Mshandukani have been ordered by the Special Tribunal, alongside associated entities and individuals, to repay R4 million in National Lotteries Commission grant funding after the grant was declared unlawful and set aside following an SIU investigation.
