Harry Findlay Charged With Terrorism Funding Offence

Detained Lusaka businessman HARRY FINDLAY has been charged with prohibiting or aiding the funding of terrorism.

This is contrary to Section 20 of the Anti-Terrorism and Non-Proliferation Act Number 6 of 2018.
