#China is developing a new recoverable liquid-fuel rocket, the #Gravity-2, as the team behind the solid-fuel Gravity-1 pushes ahead with the next generation of launch vehicles.
On Wednesday, a Gravity-1 carrier #rocket lifted off from waters off China's coast, marking a successful flight test.
With the rocket's reliability now validated, it is moving from the trial phase into scaled commercial operations.
