Dave Bautista cast as Kratos in God of War

Dave Bautista will play Kratos in Prime Video's adaptation of the video game God of War, replacing Ryan Hurst after Hurst suffered an injury on set.

The casting was confirmed by multiple sources, with production expected to resume later this year.

Bautista, known for Guardians of the Galaxy and Dune, was a fan favorite for the role.

The series has a two-season order.
