Deadly Flash Floods Devastate Texas

Torrential downpours dumped more than two feet of rain on the Texas Hill Country, killing at least two people and forcing more than 230 water rescues.

The flooding hit the same area along the Guadalupe River that suffered a deadly disaster last year.

New images showed the destruction, with homes underwater and a bridge washed away.

The flooding emergency was described as not yet over.
