World No.1 Jannik Sinner overcame Alexander Zverev in a four-set thriller to retain his Wimbledon crown and claim his fifth Grand Slam title on Sunday.

The Italian rallied after losing the first set to win 6-7(7), 7-6(2), 6-3, 6-4 on Centre Court at the All England Club.
