Hiraya Water Invests P500 Million to Improve Lucena Water System

Hiraya Water Corp. has committed P500 million to modernize and strengthen the water distribution system in Lucena City, Quezon province.

The investment will fund a series of infrastructure projects aimed at improving water service reliability.

Lucena Mayor Mark Alcala and businessman Lucio Co, owner of HWC, led the announcement.

The project addresses long-standing water supply challenges in the city.
