Kidnapped Forest Service Workers Freed

Two US Forest Service employees were freed after being held hostage at gunpoint for more than 12 hours in a remote area of California's Shasta-Trinity National Forest.

A father and son were arrested on federal kidnapping charges after allegedly holding the workers hostage inside a trailer deep in the California wilderness.

The victims were zip-tied and held at gunpoint during the ordeal.
