NLEx traffic and Manila fire

Senators Robinhood Padilla and Lito Lapid were among the motorists caught in a massive traffic jam along the North Luzon Expressway (NLEx) caused by flooding.

The traffic disruption came as a separate fire broke out at the Office of the Vice Mayor at Manila City Hall.

The Manila Disaster City office reported the fire on Wednesday morning.

Both incidents caused significant disruption in the Philippine capital region.
