Separately, a suspected IED was found outside the Senate in Pasay City, leading to a police response.

In Pampanga, the city government suspended in-person classes at all levels after bomb threats circulated on social media.

Authorities also conducted paneling operations at three La Union college campuses following an online bomb threat.
