Indian judoka

Asmita Dey is an Indian judoka from Tripura who competes in the women's 48 kg category. She won the gold medal in the women's 48 kg event at the 2026 Commonwealth Games, becoming the first Indian judoka to win a Commonwealth Games gold medal. She had also won gold medals at the 2023 Macau Junior Asian Cup and the 2025 Casablanca African Open.
