US, Iran fail to agree on peace deal

⁠Iran's ⁠Parliamentary Speaker Mohammad ​Baqer Qalibaf ​said Sunday that Iran raised "forward-looking" ​initiatives ‌during talks ⁠in Islamabad ‌but that the US failed ⁠to "earn" the trust of the Iranian delegation.

US Vice President JD Vance said earlier that 21 hours of peace talks had failed to produce a deal to end the war.
