Explosion reportedly kills man in Russian-occupied Crimean city of Sevastopol

A man has been killed by an explosive device in the Russian-occupied city of Sevastopol, Crimea, the independent Russian Telegram channel Astra reported on Aug. 13.

The pro-Kremlin Mash Telegram channel reported the device had been placed in a trash can and killed the man instantly.
