A senior Lebanese official has told Sky News there must be a ceasefire before negotiations begin between Lebanon and Israel.
Social Affairs Minister Haneen Sayed told Yalda Hakim it was unacceptable for diplomacy to be conducted whilst "bombs were falling over our heads".
She also accused Israel of committing "war crimes" - and said her government is preparing a complaint to the UN's human rights council.
