A Sudanese man has been arrested after an apparent attempted beheading in Belfast.
The suspect has been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after the victim, in his 40s, suffered “significant injuries” to his face, neck and back.
Footage shared on social media, which is too graphic to publish, appears to show the suspect, in his 30s, pinning the man to the ground before stabbing him in the head several times.
