Photos: Eagle Point owner finds destruction, but some cause for hope in ashes

Eagle Point Resort - one of Utah's smallest and most affordable ski areas - suffered extensive damage from the Cottonwood Fire.

Owner Shane Gadbaw returned Monday and found "heartbreaking" destruction, but also some areas mostly unscathed.
