DCI seeks 14-day detention of lawyer Angela Mulwa over Dr Mutiso murder
Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) has asked the court to allow it to detain lawyer Angela Mulwa for 14 days as detectives pursue investigations into the murder of Dr Victoria Nthunya Mutiso.
