“We wasted hours waiting”: Swan River official blames Manitoba for slow flood response

Swan River, Man. is reeling after heavy rains triggered catastrophic flooding in the town.

Manitoba Premier Wab Kinew has promised residents that his government would support them as they try to clean up from the flooding.

But as Vasilios Bellos reports, one official is blaming the Manitoba government for not doing enough to respond to the disaster.
