Dozens of protesters were arrested at a demonstration urging Senate Democratic Leader Chuck Schumer and Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand to block the sale of U.S. bombs to Israel.
The antiwar group Jewish Voices for Peace led hundreds in a sit-in attempt at the senators' Manhattan offices.
Security blocked entry, leading protesters to stop traffic outside.
Ninety people, including Chelsea Manning and actor Hari Nef, were arrested.
The protest focused on resolutions by Sen. Bernie Sanders to block thousands of bombs to Israel.
The vote is expected later this week.
Schumer and Gillibrand have not commented.
