An Israeli air strike on a government building in southern Lebanon’s Nabatieh killed at least 13 members of the country’s State Security agency, Lebanese authorities said.
The attack comes after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he had ordered direct negotiations with Lebanon.
