Holiday, work-from-home days in Bangkok during World Bank meetings

The cabinet has approved Friday Oct 16, 2026, as a special government holiday in Bangkok, with staff of government agencies instructed to work from home from Oct 12-15 to alleviate traffic congestion and strengthen security during the IMF-World Bank meetings.
