A widening probe into the Malviya Nagar hotel fire, which claimed 21 lives, has uncovered a blocked roof exit and cooking heaters in guest rooms.
Police are searching for the absconding manager and have issued a Look Out Circular for the owner and his wife amid concerns of illegal construction and fire safety lapses.
