Drones hit Kuwait border posts as Iraq orders investigation

Kuwait’s military says two drones launched from Iraq struck northern border positions on Friday, causing damage but no casualties.

The army said the drones targeted two separate posts along the border, with no injuries reported.

In response, Iraq’s prime minister ordered an investigation to identify those responsible, according to Interior Minister Abdul Amir al-Shammari.

He added that Baghdad condemned the attack during a call with his Kuwaiti counterpart.
